Commercial Office Fitout

Trapeze Group engaged MAKEROOM studio to complete feasibility studies for expansive growth over the coming five year period, to occupy a full floor in 288 Edward street Brisbane.

We worked closely with both tenant and building owner to refurbish a partially existing fitout and incorporate new lift lobby, ceilings, floor coverings in keeping with the building upgrade, together with new offices, waiting, quiet rooms and workstations to accommodate growth. We paired back the existing colour palette and retained the elements that still had useful lifespan. We then sympathetically married the old with the new to offer the rapidly expanding organisation a refined and efficient space mindful of budget.
